Meetings

St. Wenn Parish Council meets regularly to discuss local issues, make decisions, and manage community services and facilities. These meetings are open to the public, and residents are encouraged to attend, listen, and take part during public participation sessions. Full Council

Full Council Meetings are formal meetings of the parish council as the corporate decision-making body. These are where councillors debate agenda items and make binding council decisions on things like spending, policies, contracts, consultations, planning responses and governance.

Annual Parish Meeting

The Annual Parish Meeting is the parish’s meeting of local electors, not a normal meeting of the parish council. Its core purpose is to let the community discuss parish affairs, hear reports, raise issues, and in some cases exercise functions given to parish meetings by law.

Policy Committee

The Policy Committee is set up to develop, review and recommend council policies and governance documents such as standing orders, member protocols and data protection policies.
